1. Name of action<\/b><\/p>

“1 month of free social media management with a 3-month partnership”<\/span><\/p>

2. Duration of the event<\/b><\/h3>

Promotion is valid from <\/span>25 May 2025 to 31 August 2025<\/b> inclusive.<\/span><\/p>

Orders placed outside of this period are not eligible for this promotion.<\/span><\/p>

3. Subject of action<\/b><\/h3>

Every new client who orders a service during the event <\/span>turnkey social media management<\/b> for a minimum period of <\/span>3 months<\/b>, will receive:<\/span><\/p>

1 month of social media management via Meta Ads Manager platform free of charge<\/b>,<\/span><\/p>

  1. j. the service is provided free of charge in the first month of cooperation. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    The rest <\/span>2 months are invoiced according to the current valid price list<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    4. Content of the service within the event<\/b><\/h3>

    The turnkey social media management service includes, but is not limited to:<\/span><\/p>

    Manage ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)<\/span><\/p>

    Regular optimizations and reporting<\/span><\/p>

    Strategic campaign planning<\/span><\/p>

    5. Services outside the event<\/b><\/h3>

    Part of this action <\/span>does not include the creation of graphic materials<\/b> (e.g. banners, post visuals, stories, reels).<\/span><\/p>

    These outputs will be accounted for <\/span>separately according to the valid price list<\/b> for graphic services.<\/span><\/p>

    6. Terms and conditions of the promotion<\/b><\/h3>

    The discount can only be applied in case of ordering at least <\/span>three-month service commitment<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    The discount is applied automatically for the first month of cooperation and is shown in the invoice as a 100% discount.<\/span><\/p>

    The client undertakes to remain in the cooperation for the entire period of 3 months. In case of early termination of the cooperation, the client is obliged to pay the amount for the originally free month retroactively. <\/span><\/p>

    7. General provisions<\/b><\/h3>

    The event is only for <\/span>new clients<\/b> or existing clients who are expanding the scope of services.<\/span><\/p>

    The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, loyalty offers or individual agreements.<\/span><\/p>

    2. Duration of the event<\/b><\/h3>

    The event is valid from <\/span>25 May 2025 to 31 August 2025 <\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    Orders outside this period are not included in the promotion.<\/span><\/p>

    3. Subject of action<\/b><\/h3>

    Every new client who orders a service during the event <\/span>Google Ads<\/b> with a commitment to <\/span>a minimum of 3 months<\/b>, will receive:<\/span><\/p>

    One-time initial setup of an advertising account or in-depth analysis of an existing account<\/b><\/p>

    worth <\/span>300 \u20ac absolutely free<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    4. Content of the free setup or analysis<\/b><\/h3>

    As part of the promotion, the client will receive one of the following options:<\/span><\/p>

    • Initial account setup (for new advertisers):<\/b><\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

      Google Ads account creation and optimization<\/span><\/p>

      Setting up conversion measurement and linking with GA4<\/span><\/p>

      Basic structure of campaigns according to the client’s goals<\/span><\/p>

      Setting up audiences, budgets and remarketing<\/span><\/p>

      • Analysis of an existing account (for advertisers):<\/b><\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

        Technical audit of campaign settings, measurements and targets<\/span><\/p>

        Performance analysis and proposal for optimisation<\/span><\/p>

        Verification of account structure, keywords, budgets and campaign types<\/span><\/p>

        Making recommendations in writing<\/span><\/p>

        5. Terms and conditions of the promotion<\/b><\/h3>

        The client must conclude <\/span>a Google Ads campaign management contract with a minimum 3 month commitment<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

        The discount is a one-time discount, applies to one promotional account only and cannot be exchanged for any other service or monetary consideration.<\/span><\/p>

        In case of early termination of cooperation (before 3 months) PROGNESSA reserves the right to invoice the discounted amount of 300 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p>

        6. General provisions<\/b><\/h3>

        The promotion is only for new clients or clients expanding their cooperation with Google Ads.<\/span><\/p>

        Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers.<\/span><\/p>

        The free analysis is provided exclusively when ordering the service during this period.<\/span><\/p>

        3. Subject of action<\/b><\/h3>

        Every client who orders during the event <\/span>any paid service of PROGNESSA<\/b>, will receive:<\/span><\/p>

        Free one-time analysis of your website<\/b> as part of your welcome package.<\/span><\/p>

        This analysis has a value according to the current price list, but is not charged to the client as part of the action.<\/span><\/p>

        4. Content of the free analysis<\/b><\/h3>

        Website analysis includes:<\/span><\/p>

        Evaluation of the technical condition of the site (speed, responsiveness, security)<\/span><\/p>

        UX\/UI analysis (user experience and visual layout)<\/span><\/p>

        Basic SEO analysis (indexability, keywords, headings, meta data)<\/span><\/p>

        Recommendations for improvement and identification of weaknesses<\/span><\/p>

        The analysis is provided in written form and accompanied by a short consultation.<\/span><\/p>

        5. Terms and conditions of the promotion<\/b><\/h3>

        Entitlement to free analytics is automatic after ordering any paid service (e.g. social media management, web design, graphic package, advertising campaign, etc.)<\/span><\/p>

        The Client must place an order or contract for at least one chargeable service during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/p>

        The analysis covers <\/span>one web domain<\/b> Client. Analysis of other sites is charged. <\/span><\/p>

        6. General provisions<\/b><\/h3>

        Promotion is not combinable with other discounts, loyalty programs or individual agreements outside the promo package.<\/span><\/p>

        The free analysis is not entitled to monetary compensation or exchange for any other service.<\/span><\/p>
