It was an opportunity to change the way employee care is perceived in Slovakia. style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a service-linked aftercare system for employees <\/span><b>VisaServis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, redesigned internal manuals, introduced <\/span><b>clear standards of care<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and launched our own application <\/span><b>JOBKA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which has changed the way we communicate with employees.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time we restarted <\/span><b>the entire digital identity of the brand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: a new tone of voice, new content, a new way of communicating &#8211; including LinkedIn, Facebook and the ambassador programme.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>The result? Growth in interest, improved processes, happier people <\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have grown from the original 3-4 self-payers per month for VZV training to <\/span><b>24 per month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Adaptation of new employees is  <\/span><b>faster, more efficient and more personal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
