✨ How we helped the Slovak Woman of the Year 2022 show that honesty has its place in business

At the PROGNESSA agency, we love collaborations that have heart. When we were approached to help with a campaign for Nadežda Demeterová, it was an honor for us.

The long-time managing director of the company RISO, s. r. o. , a manager with strong character and a gentle smile, was nominated for the Slovak Woman of the Year 2022 award in the Business and Management category. And although she has been dedicated to her work for decades, the public had known little about it until now.

When modesty needs to be highlighted

Successful people often don’t want to draw unnecessary attention to themselves. But in this case, it was a nationwide vote decided by public votes. Without targeted communication and marketing, it would have been almost impossible to reach thousands of people beyond her hometown of Rimavská Sobota.

A story that just needed to be shown

We decided to build the campaign on the most important things – truth and authenticity. We introduced Mrs. Naďa as her colleagues, family, and community know her: as an empathetic leader, a caring mother, a responsible woman who holds the company and its people together.

We launched a Facebook campaign focused on a human story. We helped create an authentic video that, despite a limited budget, reached over 10,000 viewers. People could participate in contests for RISO jams or a stay in Oman, and we also included printed flyers that spread the idea of the nomination directly where her target audience lived – in the regions where Mrs. Naďa had worked her entire life.

An unforgettable evening

At the gala evening on June 23, 2022, the tension was palpable. Then her name was announced: Nadežda Demeterová became Slovak Woman of the Year 2022.

For her, it was an honor. For us, proof that marketing can have a soul. We concluded the campaign with a thank-you video in which the Slovak Woman of the Year spoke to everyone who supported her.

🎯 Europersonal: How mainstream HR became the new standard in HR services

When he approached us Europersonal, we knew we had more than just another project ahead of us. It was an opportunity to change the way employee care is perceived in Slovakia. The company wanted to do more than just address turnover – it wanted to set a completely new standard in HR.

Together we embarked on an in-depth analysis of processes, employee feedback and market needs. The result was a strategy that touched on everything – from adaptation processes to the brand itself.

We have introduced Aftercare+, a service-linked aftercare system for employees VisaServis, redesigned internal manuals, introduced clear standards of care and launched our own application JOBKAwhich has changed the way we communicate with employees.

At the same time we restarted the entire digital identity of the brand: a new tone of voice, new content, a new way of communicating – including LinkedIn, Facebook and the ambassador programme.

The result? Growth in interest, improved processes, happier people

We have grown from the original 3-4 self-payers per month for VZV training to 24 per month. Adaptation of new employees is faster, more efficient and more personal. JOBka app simplified communication and increased comfort.

The Europersonal online brand has taken on a new breath – more professional, more trustworthy and more human. A the trend is clear – upwards.

Together we embarked on an in-depth analysis of processes, employee feedback and market needs. The result was a strategy that touched everything – from adaptation processes to the brand itself.

💉 PEPTYS: How we turned an unknown medical device into a sought-after product in two markets

When the company Lunomedic she was approached, she had a quality product in her hands, but a minimum of experience with digital marketing. Their goal? To launch PEPTYS, a new medical device, to the market in a way that is trusted by doctors and patients alike.

We started from the ground up – understanding the product, its benefits and what it solves. We built tailored digital strategy, took over complete social media management and prepared educational content for both doctors and patients.

The healthcare market is not simple. It requires consistency, patience and above all Trust. Our goal was to get PEPTYS in front of the professional and general public, to support the building of a sales network and to set up communication in a way that educates, not pushes sales.

Instead of a quick sale, we focused on long-term trust building. We overcame the initial resistance, actively responded to comments, answered questions and step by step changed the perception of PEPTYS in the online space.

The result? Sales grew. Confidence too!

Eight months of patient work brought a breakthrough. Lunomedic achieved profit already in the first year of cooperation.

Sales grew by multiples – from units of thousands to tens of thousands of euros per month
We have passed the threshold 100 000 € monthly turnover
The product has also been successfully extended to Czech market

And patients started PEPTYS to actively request from their doctors

RISO-R is a brand that has held a special place in the hearts of Slovak families for more than a century. Their jams taste exactly the way we remember them from childhood – honest, sweet, and full of fruit. When they approached us to help bring this flavour into the digital world, we knew it wouldn’t be just about marketing. It would be about emotion.

Where it all began

The roots of RISO-R date back to 1902, when their jam-making story began in Rimavská Sobota. Since then, the company has gone through many changes, but the taste, tradition, and quality have remained the same. Our task was to bring the brand closer to new generations – without losing its soul. The brief was clear: ➡️ modernise the website, ➡️ launch and manage the Facebook profile, ➡️ create a promotional video from production ➡️ and increase brand awareness among the wider public.

How we added flavour

We started systematically and with precision – just like making a good jam. First, we created a new product photo bank, now used not only by the client but also by retail chains in their promotional leaflets. Then we prepared a series of visually bold, colourful social media posts with a gently playful tone that not only caught attention but also entertained. The first three months delivered: ➡️ 196,000 views, ➡️ more than 15,000 interactions. At the same time, it became clear that the RISO brand has the power not only to entertain, but also to move people emotionally. During All Saints’ Day, we published a post that became the most successful of the entire campaign – reaching over 20,000 people and generating more than 2,000 reactions. Beloved jams are created in the quiet and aroma of the production hall – and this is exactly the atmosphere we wanted to capture in the promotional video. We filmed directly in the factory, and the result? A video that represented the brand at the Christmas Agrokomplex exhibition under the theme “Slovak food on every Christmas table.” And finally – the website redesign. Along with a fresh visual identity, we implemented full responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop alike. Visual quality met technical comfort.

And the results?

As sweet as a RISO brand story should be: 🥄 The number of Facebook fans increased almost sixfold. 🥄 The brand built a deeper relationship with its community. 🥄 Today, RISO is not only a traditional producer, but also a confident player in the digital space.
